🚀 Hyrelix Jobs — "Coming Soon" banner
When ON, jobs.html shows a Coming Soon banner and locks Apply / Post actions (browsing stays open). Turn OFF after soft launch. Production: Firestore config/flags read by the portal.

Same flag mechanism extends to: seasonal sale banner (Kidoven), maintenance countdown banner, new-feature ribbon. Each is one Firestore flag + one banner component — add as needed.
📱 Phone/SMS login (Firebase Phone Auth)
Email signup/login is live. Phone/SMS OTP needs the Blaze (pay-as-you-go) plan on hyrelix-prod — SMS is billed per message (~₹6/OTP in India) and isn't available on the free Spark plan. Until Blaze is actually configured, the site shows "Coming soon" for mobile number login.
This toggle only tells the site to stop showing "Coming soon" — turning it on here does not itself upgrade the Firebase plan. Confirm Blaze billing is active first.

In-app shows as a dismissible banner on all dashboards immediately. Email/WhatsApp: production fans out via Cloud Tasks in batches (WhatsApp needs an approved template per type).
